These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Silver Vibes Kft. ("ShieldShed", "we", "us"), a company registered in Hungary at 1118 Budapest, Torbágy utca 5. 10. em. 40. ajtó, governing your access to and use of DomainShield and other ShieldShed services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
DomainShield is a domain and brand monitoring service that:
The Service is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform accessible via web browser and API.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, password, company name, and tax identification number. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@shieldshed.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may configure one or more email addresses to receive service alerts. You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to use those email addresses for this purpose.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current pricing is published at shieldshed.com. Prices are listed in EUR and exclude applicable VAT.
Early access pricing may be offered at a discounted rate. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
We offer a 30-day free trial period. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires. You may cancel at any time during the trial from your account dashboard at no cost.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to three times over seven days. If payment cannot be collected, your access to the Service may be suspended until payment is resolved.
We issue electronic invoices compliant with Hungarian tax regulations. Invoices are sent to your account email address.

The Service, including its software, design, documentation, and trademarks (ShieldShed, DomainShield, and the Shield naming convention), are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service.
You retain all rights to the data you provide to the Service (domain names, brand names, company information). We do not claim ownership of your data.
Reports generated by the Service are licensed to you for your internal business use, including sharing with auditors, regulators, and compliance officers.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For business customers requiring a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under GDPR Article 28, please contact us at privacy@shieldshed.com.
All Service data is hosted in the European Union (Azure West Europe, Netherlands).
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance where practicable.
The Service provides domain and brand monitoring on a best-effort basis. While we employ industry-standard scanning techniques, we do not guarantee detection of all possible impersonation attempts. The Service is a tool to assist your compliance efforts, not a substitute for a comprehensive security program.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShieldShed's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will meet your specific requirements; (b) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (c) the results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable; or (d) the Service will detect all domain-based threats.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShieldShed from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are effective from the date you create an account and continue until terminated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. We may also discontinue the Service with 90 days' written notice.
Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
If you are a consumer within the meaning of EU law, nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect, by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ShieldShed regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or infrastructure failures.
