How does KnowledgeShield help with compliance?
KnowledgeShield addresses ISO 27001 A.6.3 (Information security awareness, education & training) and NIS2 Article 21(2)(g) (basic cyber hygiene and training). Every assignment, completion, acknowledgement and certificate is recorded — exactly the evidence an auditor asks for when verifying that mandatory training actually happened.
Do learners need an account?
No. Learners are synced from your Entra groups and access their training through a unique, no-login link sent by email. Owners, admins, content creators and auditors use the dashboard; learners never need a password.
Does KnowledgeShield include the training material?
No — KnowledgeShield is the framework, not the content. You upload your own material as PDF or link a YouTube video, optionally attach a quiz, and assign it to an audience. This keeps it flexible for any topic: cyber awareness, fire & occupational safety, GDPR, internal policies.
How does recurring and automatic training work?
You map an audience to one or more Entra groups. Twice a day we sync membership: new joiners are enrolled automatically and emailed their link. You can set training to repeat monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually — either rolling from each person's completion date or on a fixed calendar anchor.
